Meet Trinity Branson, Owner of Southern Oregon Paralegal, LLC
With more than 22 years of paralegal experience in the Rogue Valley, Trinity brings deep local knowledge and a proven record of supporting attorneys with precision, professionalism, confidentiality and integrity. She began her work in the legal field at just 19 years old in Medford, Oregon, training directly under respected attorneys including Joseph M. Charter, Eugene V. Anderson, and Richard L. Billin.
Her experience spans a wide range of practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Family Law, Landlord/Tenant (FED) matters, Real Estate and Transactional, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Small Estates, Contract and Business. This depth and breadth of knowledge make her highly adaptable across a wide spectrum of practice areas.
Trinity is also highly experienced in Federal, Appellate and Supreme Court practice. She played a meaningful role in shaping Oregon’s modern law of tender through her work assisting attorney Eugene V. Anderson in preparing briefs for Malan v. Tipton, 349 Or. 638, 247 P.3d 1223 (2011).
Over the course of her career, Trinity has helped launch and manage two law firms from the ground up. She is proven in developing efficient office procedures, creating streamlined forms and workflows, and implementing systems to support busy practices.
Today, Trinity brings her decades of hands‑on experience and commitment to excellence to the public, and to attorneys and law practices throughout Southern Oregon.
